It seems that EE are having problems allowing users to update their personal details on their website leading to important personal data being incorrectly shared with unauthorised members of the public. Awkward it maybe for EE..a serious failure for customers

Can you not call EE instead? Not sure I see where the serious failure is?

In any event, nobody here has access to your account as this is a user forum. Perhaps give customer services a call on 150?

Welcome to the community.
You can update your address details in your My EE account. You may need to make sure you're set up as the Bill Payer in the Manage Numbers section first though.
