Hi
I logged into my EE account but could not see any billing or any of my account details. Could not add a add- on etc.
It shows an error message saying my request cannot be action and ask me call the customer service number 150.

Logged into ee to under manage my phone the only thing there is to leave ee. No bill details, no usage, no plan details, nothing. I have tried on the app and online over several days and after the recent app upgrade and still nothing there. Please help

The app is a load of **bleep**, not user friendly and trying to get through to someone takes around half an hour. Terrible customer service.

Hi Leanne, I cannot see anything online or in the app. There is no error message just an absence of anything on the page except my mobile number, account number and “thinking of leaving t mobile” content

People dont have time to spend half day on phone line, Just ee supouse to improve their website and app for customers.
