Been trying for weeks to get visibility of my three accounts in the EE App. Have tried the App on mobile, iPad and also tried to add accounts on website. All fail to add. This was all visible until a few months ago ago.
logged a complaint, told its a known issue, no clue on how it will be solved, asked me if anything else they can help with and now they’ve closed the complaint.
meanwhile I can’t see my bills or do anything on my accounts.
