Hi all,
So I've been attempting to purchase a SIM only contract via the web store, but everytime I reach the credit check and put in any dates for date of employment/date joined bank/date moved in it will tell me my dates need to be after my birth date.
It doesn't matter if I put in 1940 (this is a given) or 2022, it will tell me all dates need to be after my birth date, leaving me unable to continue. It also doesn't matter what device/browser/deal I try this with, it's the same outcome.
If anyone could help here that would be grand.

Hi @Dk92.
Welcome to the community.
I'm sorry to hear this is happening, I've not heard of this happening before.
I'd recommend giving our Sales Team a call so they can manually complete a credit check for you so this doesn't happen again.
You should then be able to upgrade online moving forward once you're already with EE.

Hi @jimtak329
Thanks for coming here.
Have you tried another browser?
Are you a new EE customer?

Yes, I am new EE customer. I had tried Chrome, Edge on PC, chrome, Safari in Mac.
All of them are experienced the same thing. Kept asking me enter the date after my birth date

Can you try completing this section before your date of birth, does this work for you? @jimtak329

OK thanks @jimtak329
I'm not sure why it's doing that for you. I suggest either giving us a call on 0800 956 6000 or popping into your nearest EE store so that we can look into this.
