Unable to link mobile number to EE account

Hi,

I am a long standing EE PAYG customer and have used both the EE app and the website to check my mobile number account with no issues - check credit, top up, look up account details etc.. In the last few weeks however, my mobile number account has disappeared on the website and app. My sim card works, I can use my number and still log into my EE online account but my mobile number account is just not there. I  click on link my products, I input my mobile number, it texts me a code which I use, I confirm I am the account holder. It then says - We're having trouble linking your products. You can try linking again or come back later when we've fixed things. I have tried several times in the last few weeks to link again thinking it is just a technical fault but this issue persists.

I spoke to a lovely EE customer service rep on the phone and she tried to sort it out for me, really tried to fix the issue. Then finally after what seemed ages, she  was able to confirm she was finally able to link my mobile number, however it still does not work my end. I cannot see my account details.

I wonder please if anyone has had the same issue and have they managed to sort it out and how. I would be grateful for any information. Thank you.

@jclay  have you allowed up to 24 hours since this was done ? 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
