I got an eSIM several months ago and have never been able to link it to my account in the app. I have called multiple times and even been into a shop, but all of them have been unable to link it. I need to link it to the account to view the invoices for my accounting software and currently have to call customer services every month to get the invoices, which is a bit ridiculous. Any help would be appreciated.

It’s now April and this issue hasn’t been resolved. Have you managed to successfully link it now? I’m honestly thinking of just cancelling my plan and moving to an alternative network because I’m having to call up EE every month just so I can view my bills which is pathetic and a waste of valuable time. What should take a couple minutes to view and download my bills on the app now takes 20+ minutes while waiting on hold.

I’ve called plenty of times, it’s extremely draining. It’s now April and I was told in October it should take a couple of weeks to be resolved. I’m having to call up EE every month and wait 20+ minutes just to view my bills. As a paying customer I’d expect these issues to be addressed and prioritised as it clearly affects thousands of people. Considering I’m on a business account, I’m sure EE is aware businesses will need to view their monthly bills but clearly there’s a lack of urgency to fix this issue.
