I am also unable to get the gift data page to load. I just get a grey blank screen with no info. I'm on a Google android phone. This is very inconvenient because I only start with 250mb each month and have to gift myself data from my wife's allowance.
Please sort this out.

Thanks for coming to the community.
I know how important it is to be able to share your data, especially if you just have a small allowance.
Can you try to delete the app and install it again to see if that helps?
Are you able to gift data by logging in through the EE website?

I had the same problem. This worked for me. Force stopping and clearing cache wasn't enough.
