Unable to gift data on Android, iPhone or on website.

have been unable to gift data using the app for 3 months now at least so I've been using the website.

Today the app is not working on my android phone, on my partners iPhone, or on the website. I have deleted and reinstalled the app on both phones and it still does not work. 

I need to be able to gift data, what can I do? This is so inconvenient.

If you're unable to gift data using the app or EE account online, please call us on 150 and the team will get the account checked to see what could be causing this error message.
