Hi. As the title says, I am unable to generate a passcode in the myEE app to add the new pay as you go sim. I have put credit on via phone call and been onto tech support for 40 minutes who said the account wasn't set up properly and had 'fixed it'
I can make calls and sim is working fine, but I still cannot register sim in the app.
Any ideas please?
