My Iphone contract ended 2 years ago, I am looking to upgrade my phone however, when I look at the my EE section, it says in red that I am unable to upgrade at the moment. What does this mean?
I am going on holiday in 4 weeks and looking to upgrade before this time.

Can you text UP to 150 and let me know the reply?
Are you using the My EE app or My EE account online to look at upgrades?

I am looking at My EE account online to look at upgrades. I had a look a few weeks ago and this message didn't pop up?
I have just texted 150 as you requested and the reply says "Great news: you're ready to upgrade". However, this is not the message that appears on my account?
