Hi I've tried to choose multiple different plans but when I click upgrade it will not load past the checkout page. I've tried it on both my phone and laptop on different browsers and on the app. Nothing is working. I don't have the time to speak with an advisor and would prefer to do it online

Are you trying through broadband or through mobile data? Could you try both?
If you're connected using a VPN, please try without that connected too.
