Hi, I'm trying to link my SIM to my account but I'm getting:
"We were unable to generate a passcode. Please try again later"
I'm on a pay monthly SIM, recently transferred across from Plusnet mobile. Phone can make calls and receive texts.
Any thoughts?

Order was completed on the 1st Sept, was told it would be transferred within 24 hours.

Yes, I can receive calls fine this morning. I'll try and link it again this evening (it's the kids phone so it'll have to wait until he's back from school)
