This has confused me.

Apparently my connection has been changed to strict?? I'm 28 and pay the bill myself. Any actually good ideas on how to turn it off?

@RealJWHSoulzKey  Open the my EE app click the person icon top right then click settings & permission, scroll down to parental controls and change it to what you want 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Thank you for showing me where to find it, however there's is another
issues, my housemate using my wifi can't seem to get it off strict mode
either and this was doesnt work for him..

What device are you using? 

Can they access the sites when not connected to your WiFi?
