Every time I try to see upgrades I get met with a page saying “Sorry! We couldn’t find that page…”
Why is this happening?
yes I cleared cache, different browser, desktop pc etc. Can’t view store at all when logged in but can when logged out. Is EE trying to make it difficult?

It tells me I’m ready to upgrade and gives me a link to see offers. When I click the link it takes me to a page to view upgrades and it shows me some offers. When I click on any of the offers the page does what I mentioned previously. It’s the same if I view the store but if I’m logged out I can see everything. I’m not the only one this has happened to. The website pages and app are broken or the simply the pages don’t exist for whatever reason. No point telling me I can upgrade when I simply can’t because the website it rubbish.

I am sorry to hear that you're having problems ordering over the website, if you've tried on different browsers and the same happens, I'd recommend speaking to our technical support team so that they can investigate this for you.
