When can I download the new app?
If you have enabled auto updates on your app then, once this version has been rolled out to you, you will log in and see the new experience. If you have not enabled auto-updates, we will provide you with a few prompts to update the app

Not good app been down for ages I can't see my balance and my mins that are left . It's as if the staff that are updating it don't Ken how to do it iv been trying to look at my app for the last three month

Try uninstalling the app and re install it. That might help. That said mine nevers shows my data on my mifi dongle despite several calls to the tech team. My other sims are ok

my god ..... what a patronising and condescending pile of utter nonsense.... no matter how much you can attempt to gloss over everything as nicey picey rosey wosey.... your customer service is complete and utter **bleep**e.... no one has a clue ... '' hold on we will put you on to our other department who has just come out of play school who will help you.. have a nice day... etc....to which you are given the E script of **bleep**e and then palm you off to another department who will then just erm and erm before he puts you through to to other useless bloody clown who does not know if it is Saturday or jogging pants..
EE and BT you would of thought....
you know you just would of thought...... some knowledge some dynamicism some twinkle of some answer to a question... nope... but they did try to sell me another phone.....

Why doesn’t the EE app load on my 4G iPad once it’s ran out of data. App refuses to even load to gift myself more data. Old app it wasn’t an issue and worked flawless
All I get is this on the New EE app

I was trying to access the My EE app to gift my iPad more data from my mobile account.
Once out of data the My EE app won’t open I just get that above that was a screenshot
It doesn’t even get to where it logs in with FaceID
The old style worked and logged in fine when your device was out of data

@-Batman- Close the app fully down not just come out of it. Ie open up the carousel and swipe up to fully close it.
