Is anyone else having issues with their app resetting itself when you click on Message

By resetting, do you mean restarting? What are you doing in the app when this happens?

I mean by resetting itself so you have to reenter your details again to sign up for my EE again and it's when you click on live chat

You shouldn't have to sign up for My EE again as your account should have been saved.

 

Do you need to sign in again?

 

What are you doing in the app when this happens?

The app restarts itself we're I have to reenter all my info such as password & email

Hi @Jon_K 

I have the latest version ios 5.8.0 and since updating to it yesterday I have only been able to use face ID once. Every other time it's asking me to log in, which I can't due to a 503 error. The one time I did get into the app this morning billing and payments wasn't available either.

The app was undergoing update work last night, is tis problem still happening this morning?

Yes it's been happening since the app update to version 5
