I have never been able to access my billing details. Just the "Somethings gone wrong" page jumps up.
Looking on Google, this has been going on for years, why can't EE's IT dept sort it?
It's a standing joke and together with the "non-sticky" IP address given out to routers I wish I had never joined.
I do not use the "App" as I do not use (or want) a smart phone, I just want to be able to see my billing details on
a PC. Which idiot decided that I need an app to adjust access settings on my home router?
