A small number of customers are seeing a notification on their device after updating their My EE app. We are investigating why this notification is displaying incorrectly, and we’re working to fix this.

Any idea when the app update will be implemented please? I was in a live chat, resolved the issue and deleted history but I’ve still got 1 message on the app that I can’t get rid of!
