I absolutely despise the ee app/site, it’s so bad and always crashing/showing errors when I do finally manage to enter.
I tried to top up a £10 pack, it told me to put £10 on which I did and then it proceeded to buy a different pack! Phone companies in the UK always give such a terrible, crappy service. Sort it out EE, I was going to switch providers and now I plan to even more so!
