I can easily top up credit and renew plan (pay as you go) but cannot access the add on page. I've tried accessing this on multiple occasions using both my phone app and computer but have encountered this error (screenshot below) every time. I've even tried clearing my history. Can someone please assist?

Look at http://add-on.ee.co.uk/purchase when not connected to WiFi to see what data add-ons are available. Make sure you use HTTP:, not HTTPS: & do it under IE, FF or Samsung Internet not Chrome or any browser that forces HTTPS:.
