Can't log onto the app or website to control my child's devices and no way to do it locally on the router. Very poor service.
We should be able to manage the settings locally. The App seems to be down every time I want to change my kids settings.
Very frustrating!!!

I think there is a problem with my EE account. The app isn’t working.
Also, when it was working, my account details were not showing in the app. But now it does not work at all.
Im rugby so must be accross the board fuming
