I have an additional line on my EE account, which is my partner’s SIM card. At the moment, she can only access her account details (e.g. usage, allowances, etc.) by logging in through my “My EE” account using my username and password.
i would like to know if there’s a way for her to set up her own login or have separate access to just her number, without giving her full access to my entire account.
is this something that can be done? I have seen previous posts on here, but speaking to the customer service team everyone seems a bit confused about what I am asking.
Solved! See the answer below or view the solution in context.

Hi there @charliekrad
Thanks for coming to the community.
If your partner wants access to her number to make changes and have full access, she would need to change the number into her name and have a separate account from yours.
To complete a change of ownership this would require a credit check and your partner would then pay for her bill and have full access to the account. If you would like to go ahead, please call us on 150 with your partner available if possible, and the team will go through everything with you both 🙂
For more details please see our Change My Account in The Case of a Life Event page which explains the eligibility for transferring the number.
Hope this helps.
