I want to upgrade from a phone contract to just a SIM contract I have to pay £200 which is fine I tried to order on the app but it says error how do I do this it takes me to checkout then stops will they send me a box to send phone bk in as will get own phone thanks

If you're looking to upgrade early and getting an error message in the app, please call us on 150 and the team can check everything for you and help with the upgrade. The team will let you know if the phone you currently have would need to be returned to us as part of the upgrade 🙂
