I have been unable to Access my account on the New App. My SIM Contract ends 1st June 2023. Can some please contact me as I'd like to consider staying with EE depends on what deal I am offered.

What is likely happening on June 1st is that your minimum term ends, but unless you explicitly give 30days cancellation notice - service & billing will continue on the same basis.
There is no account access on this forum, but you can discuss your account by calling CS on 150.
