I am currently abroad and want to purchase an add on. Unfortunately,  the text messaging isn't working. I received multiple texts from EE stating "text ROAMINGDATA to 150 to purchase additional data". When I do text "ROAMINGDATA" to 150, I get a text message from EE stating "Sorry I didn't catch that" and then repeating to text ROAMINGDATA to 150.  This has happened multiple times. I can't call 150 or any other number and EE can't call me (it goes to voice-mail) which I also cannot access.  

I need help immediately.

What pass are you trying to purchase?

I am a pay monthly customer and I am trying to purchase th £25 for 7 days of roaming mobile data.

Did you receive a link on the text you got when you arrived?

Yes, I did but the link isn't working.  It stated that if I wanted to get a data roaming add on, I needed to text ROAMINGDATA  to 150. Every time I did this, I got a response stating " Sorry, I didn't get that..."  and please text ROAMINGDATA to 150. It was circular. I tried to call for help, but my phone wouldn't let me call. I went to the automated chat to request a call back,  but my phone wouldn't let EE's call through.  So I can't call them. They can't call me and nothing seems to work.

If you're unable to call out, you may not have roaming set up on your account and this will need to be activated for you. 

To do this, please call us from any other phone on +44 (0)7953 966 150 and the team can make sure you're fully set up and help get the roaming add-on added to the account 🙂
