How do I call them when I'm currently in Australia and my phone no longer allows me to call the UK??

My spend cap is zero. I changed the roaming to zone 1. I will try another
option

Did you text ROAMING to 150 before travelling to make sure the account was set up for roaming? 

Have you been able to make any calls or send texts since you arrived in Australia?
