Hi all,
Was getting no where with complaining about the app so contact the CEO office. Im not hopeful they have this issue listed on their priority list -I get the impression they don't care. I do not wish to leave EE given the network is the best for me. lee
I have heard back from the ticket raised and the IT department have informed me that this is a known issue they are currently working on that is affecting a number of customers. Unfortunately there is no time scale of when this will be fixed but they think it will not be a quick fix so this could carry on potentially for another month or longer.
Apologies for the inconvenience and the delay in telling you this information but in the meantime if you need help with switching roaming on or off please just let me know and I can do it from my side of things.
