My old email account has my mobile phone connected to the ee so when I try to add this product it says your mobile number is already added to an account. I would like to add my phone to my new ee account and remove it from the old account but I don't know how.

If you give us a call on 150 the team can remove the details registered for you to set up the account with the new email address 🙂
