Due to problems in moving from BT to EE I have ended up with two account numbers showing on line and in app.
I can't find any way to remove the account that I don't need to see, any ideas?
Also my phone data usage is not updating as the month progresses, is that a common issue?
Solved! See the answer below or view the solution in context.

Hi @Satwal
Welcome to the community.
If you get in touch with our tech guides, they can bring up your EE ID and account details and see what they can do to get this resolved so you just see one account.
In terms of the data usage, if you text AL to 150, does it show the same remaining data on the text that comes back, or is it different?

Yes it shows the same usage which is good but that suggests I’ve not used any data over the last days which doesn’t seem right to me?

Hi @Satwal
Have you been using your phone over mobile data or have you just been connected to WiFi?
How much data is included in your plan?

So I get 20 per month, previously 4 with BT which was about spot on, I use when walking dogs, gardening, football etc
so not a big user but odd that it seems stuck on 19.3 for a few days now…

It's worth keeping an eye on, @Satwal
It isn't quite real-time, but it should update quite quickly. It may also be worth keeping an eye on the data counter within your phone's mobile data settings too, to see if the usage is close.

Well that shows 4.35 GB used in current period
