I already have a MY EE account for my PAYM accounts. I have ordered and received a PAYG sim for my daughter. Can I register this on my current MY EE Account?

@Eholdaway : No, you will need to register a separate MyEE a/c for it. You can't add a PAYG no. to a contract MyEE a/c. They don't mix.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up => 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB => 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB => 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU => 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU => 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC => 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC => 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC => 2022: EE 80 Meg FTTC (no landline number)

So this may seem strange in this day and age but how do you have another my EE account ( to seperate PAYG from PAYM) if you only have 1 email address? yep you have now met a dinosaur with only 1 email address! and it gives me enough hassle why would anyone want more than 1 email address 🙂

Thanks

@kcurrie65 : Yes, you will need a 2nd email addy. They are easy to get & cost you nowt.

Hi Thanks for the speedy reply. Not an Ideal solution, I guess I could get another email address but not needed one in 58 years so in a world where computers were meant to make life easier that may not be the case with EE 🙂

really appreciate your quick reply though thank you

I managed to add a PAYG MBB to my account in MyEE

Go into Account Settings and then add an account, it will then add the mobile number...

Not sure if this will work for you but I didnt have to use another email address.

@MozzaSec  I was about to say the same thing as I’ve done just that a few weeks ago.
