Set up user and password that logs me in no issues to new contract
but it was used with a old phone and can't recover the code as it wrong phone number
Hopefully there way to change user name and password and make same as other
my previous recent phone had Face ID for everything so struggle keep logging back in for all apps booted me out of with getting a new phone

I'm sorry you are having trouble with your online account. I'm not sure there's a way to change that without a passcode to the number registered so likely our customer care team would need to do this manually. Have you spoken to them about this yet?
