Trying to pay my bill
But for 24hrs now keep getting planned maintenance page
Was not warned about maintenance going on
Cannot get onto payment page
When will it get fixed, so I can pay my bill

There was maintenance taking place overnight, but it certainly shouldn't have been as long as 24 hours.
If you are still seeing an error today, it is with speaking to our customer service guides as @Chris_B mentioned, and they can check your account and take a payment by card.
If it is a mobile account, you can also make a payment on our fast payment service, which just needs the mobile number and card details without logging in.

@allyson67bartle if your account has been showing this for the last 24 hours you need to call customer support so they can reset your account.
