You can find the numbers to call our customer service guides from either an EE mobile or any other phone on our Contact EE page.
When you call you can choose option 1 to receive a text with the options to speak to someone, or choose option 2 to go through the automated menus and hear the options.
If you have a pay monthly mobile contract, you can also reach our team by chat in the EE app.
When in the app choose Help, then scroll to the bottom of the page to select Talk to us and then Message Us.
