I have tryed deleting the app and reinstalling and i still cant c my plan or get any where

What happens when you log into the app? 

Can you view your plan details in your online My EE account?

I cant view nothing and it keeps saying it cant log me in really getting
frd up with it now only switched to pay monthly sim today , the old app was
way better and i had none of this--
