Here I am 23rd April 2023 and still the same problem exists on the upgrade error EE gives. Cant find that page. 

Surly EE should have sorted this issue by now. The app and web site is useless.

@Clementspr  Try clearing your browser history and cookies and try again. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
