same here
after 40 mins with tech support i can now access profile on desktop website but can't view bill
as i need to be able to login to app which i still can't as it loops me back to website

@stogjol : If you can see your Profile you are already logged in. You need to link your mobile no. to your a/c before you can see its bill.

but the mobile number is already linked to the a/c
i can after 2hrs with tech support today just about see my bill on the desktop browser (if i navigate to tv then manage in my browser on the deskop, but the mobile app is in a loop when i try to login there and won't complete (similarly on the desktop the usual 'manage' link when logged in isn't completing

@stogjol , have you tried uninstalling the app, rebooting the device and then reinstalling the app? You may have to ask customer service to do an account refresh, which normally solves the problem, just press option 2 and request an account refresh.
