The app will not work, you cannot go to myee via the Internet and I can't top up through 150 either and you can't even talk to a real person about it. EE used to be great but I'm afraid this has happend to many times so il be changing my provider tomorrow

The app and billing system is down for routine maintenance it seems. Other networks do the same thing with their app and website but usually can still top up. 

Have you tried dialling 360? That takes you straight through to the payment service
