Can you gift data if you log into your My EE account online?

Hi, I updated the app yesterday and have been unable to use it at all. As soon as I click on the app it flashes on then closes immediately and a message states the app has a bug. I've uninstall it, reinstalled it, rebooted my handset - nothing works. The app is broken at the moment. Had to log on via the website to access data gifting for my son.

Which device are you using?
Have you tried restarting the device and downloading again?
Are you connected to WiFi?

Yup. Tried it on WiFi, tried it over 4G, restarted phone (Samsung S20).Nothing works.
