i need to change my billing address since i have moved out but whenever i try to change i need a code from a number i don't have access to. is there a way to change my phone number. Please help me

If you are unable to access the number we have registered, please call us on 150 or 0800 079 8586 and the team can update your address and contact details.

@Chris786 the code is sent to the account holders device. If you are not the account holder you can not change the address as that’s the account holder’s address.
if you want your own account the account holder has to request a change of ownership of your device so you’ll then have your own account.
