Data Gifting

Hello. I have just installed the app. The numbers of my 3 sims are all listed, but I can't find out how to data gift from one to another. Only one of the three phones is a smart phone. The others just do calls and texts.

Please can somebody help?

Thanks for coming here. 

Are the numbers all on the same pay monthly account? 

Are any of the plans a No Frills plan?

You will be able to gift data from any Pay Monthly handset, tablet or 4GEE WiFi device to any other Pay Monthly handset, tablet or WiFi device that belongs to the same Pay Monthly account. 

You cannot gift data to any other mobile number, or any other device. 4GEE Home Devices are not eligible to receive or donate data.

I managed to do it on my computer, so functionally things are OK. I just couldn't access the process on the phone app. All three sims are on the same account, though for some reason the billing date for one is two days before the others.

I would suggest reporting this to our mobile care team by calling 150 and they can help you with the app 🙂
