I have provided my account number and proceeded to set up the account but it then asks for a billing account number or landline phone number but have never received either from EE even though I had to attend a store today and feel that the service I am being provided is the worst of any company I have ever subscribed to .

@daz333 : For what are you trying to set up an a/c? Mobile or fixed Home Broadband?
