Im the same, been needing to pay my bill for a week now and not able to on the app or online via chrome or edge. All I keep getting is, its not you its us, try again later.

@watts320 : Try using Fast Payment online to pay by UK bank card. You don't need to login or register anything. All you need is your mobile no. & it doesn't remember your card details.

@XRaySpeX Only issue with that is, what about if you have out of allowance charges.. Like others I can not see my bills on my account I do not know what the charges are unless I can see that bill. It doesn’t affect me like others as I pay via DD but not everyone does and as such they need to know what they need to pay to make that payment hence they need to see the bill .
Using fast payment is only good if you know how much to pay.

@Chris_B : True! I'm assuming that when peeps say "I wanna pay my bill" they know what the bill is.
Can't they find out by texting BILL to 150?

@XRaySpeX they could and at present that would be the only way to find out what the bill is, obviously this will only help those who do come to the forum and see such a comment. Might be worth mentioning this on any future comments about this.
Just tested this and got a response. So at least that’s working as it should. 😆😆
