Im having the same issue. It accepts my email. Accepts my password then makes me pick a new passcode again then says there is an error. I have delted the app and reloaded. And cleared caches and arill wont let me in on my app or the website. This is causing iasues as i cant send fata to my autiaric daughter

If you're unable to log in and need to gift data, please give us a call on 150 and the team can get the EE account checked to see what could be causing this and help get it sorted.
The team will also be able to help gift data to your daughters number if this is available.
