I had to call for the same thing when I was given no option eventually butto change from BT mobile to EE, there was some kind of automatic block on all pirn sites ( hey im a big fan too ), it was still not allowing me in even with the part saying no parental as im jot one lo ka on any devices!!!!
I called andthry jade to physically do it from their end and happily been able to access everything since , also o don't ever mess around with different departments I always press the option that im thinking of leaving, hey Preston magically they help you with anything right away, good luck and update me how you got on xxc
