Hi @Safety2021

Run the site via AI and ask it to review your site.

You'll need to ask EE to manually review through EE support quoting the domain and confirming it is a verified UK small business with positive Trustpilot feedback.

Thanks

Yes i have already tried contacting EE who do not manage the web protect system.    i was told to contact BT, a couple of departments, who said theres nothing wrong with my site, and they cant change that its being flagged.

im wondering if there is a way of getting it re assessed.   20+ hours of calls to EE and BT over months, and a long email chain shows they are not the correct people to be talking to.

not sure what to do next

Hi @Safety2021,

Welcome to the EE Community

So just to double check its only effecting EE broadband connections which have the advanced web protect enabled? Which team at EE/BT is it you have been emailing?
