Hi I wondered if anyone could help please 🙏? I was trying to show a friend earlier on my EE but couldn’t find what I was looking for . I was looking for the bit where it shows what phone you’re using . I was trying to explain to him that EE know what phone you’re using . I know I’m not going silly as before it showed up I was using a iPhone 11 & there was a picture of the phone with all my details then I changed to a Samsung & it showed that phone but damned if I can find it now to show my friend ! If anyone could point me in the right direction that would be so much appreciated. thankyou 👍

This information definitely used to be within the app, however, with the new updated app I am also unable to locate this. 

I will see if I can get the location of this confirmed from another department.

@Bionic69  @Katie_B   I can not find it also, It was there before the last update but this feature wasn’t perfect as it didn’t always update when you got a new device a some users reported it never updated.  I myself never had an issue with any of the devices on my app and it always showed the correct device for all devices on my account.

@Bionic69  @Katie_B   If you login to your online account and go to Account settings it still does show the device

@Bionic69 , @Katie_B , @Chris_B , have just checked as well, same here, although it did not bother me, but noticed that by logging online via the website, the watch does not show it just says unknown device.
