How can I renew my plan while the website is not working and payment didn’t go through automatically?

Thanks for coming to the community. 

If the payment has not gone through you can add credit in your EE account. Or, for other ways to top up please see the How to top up your EE pay as you go mobile page. 

Once this is showing, you can renew your plan.
