Phone purchase date

I want to find out when I bought my phone but I can't find any history at all on the website of my phones or my contracts. Do these exist? Where are they? How can I find out?

If you log into your My EE app and select the number you would like to check, then Plan and add-ons you will see your contract start and end date.
