Hello, I ordered my new upgrade, my account has been closed on the same day for some odd reason but my order has been dispatched, I can't receive code for dpd driver for my parcel so what shall I do?

Have you checked your email and DPD app as you'll receive the code via both.

Tried this but you will need otp from the original phone number for dpd so its a waste of time really, will the dpd driver take an email confirmation?
