If this is your first bill, you may receive a pro rata charge on your first bill.
You can check the dates that you've been charged for on your EE app.
I'd recommend opening your EE app, then look at the billing section to see whether one payment is for your regular bill and the other is for something else, such as a device payment or an overdue balance.
